As part of the APRS network in Eastern Ontario I operate an APRS WX beacon on 144.390 using the call VE3UIL. WX information is provided by Weather.com using Weather Watcher mentioned above, as well as a small application written by Jose CX2SA to format the weather information into standard packet weather string for transmission.
